Y.E.S.! Program

Youth Embracing Success!

A-HOM in collaboration with Union County Schools and other resources have structured tactical programs designed to promote success among the diverse group of students who may struggle in a traditional school environment.  Youth in this program vary in age from 12-21 from across Union County.  We are empowering the Youth of today to be positive Leaders of tomorrow.

Social Support

Providing support to new graduates

We understand that just because you have graduated high school does not mean you are prepared to tackle the world.  Social Support provides graduates with three additional years to prepare for a career or trade as well as other life lessons that were not studied in school.  This program services youth from ages 17 to 21.

Food for the body and soul
